Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted on special ordered and custom orders.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. Processing time for refunds is approximately five business days from the date of return.
  • The refund will be given on the date (THE PLATINUM JEWELERS) receives merchandise. The refund will be reflected back to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Merchandise purchased using any financing Leasing can be exchanged in its original condition but will not be refunded.
  • The Platinum Jewelers do not cover any protection on any form of jewlery, but platinum jewelers do sell protection plan.

  • Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
